Ignacio Marín, their legacy has been woven over the years, generation after generation, making them a family business with an unwavering dedication to making wines of the highest quality and to the careful cultivation of our vineyards.

The Old High Garnachas by Ignacio Marin is a tribute to the resilience of a shipwrecked mariner, embodying hope and determination.

Region & Appellation: CARIÑENA D.O.

Grape Variety: 100% Grenache

Winemaking: Aged for a minimum of 12 months, this Grenache wine offers a velvety texture and harmonious structure on the palate.

Tasting Notes: Intense cherry red with purple shades. Aromas of red fruits with spiced background and toasted hints coming from its aging in French oak barrels. Focused and vibrant nose laden with brambly berries. Some grilled Mediterranean herbs, spices and stones, too. Juicy on the medium-bodied palate with chalky tannins and some potpourri and hibiscus flowers in the finish.

Pairings: Pair beautifully with Meat, Cheese, Rice or Pasta.
