It all started in the 1950s, in Vallon de La Cadenière. Their first wine was made in 1973. The estate has supported then 3 generations. Their property has 59 hectares of vines, all in AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence. Today, Vincent, Pierre and Gabriel Tobias take care of the estate, accompanied by their sister Sylvie. This estate is now completely organic.

Winemaking: Grapes picked at rising maturity, night harvest, destemming, crushing, maceration, low temperature fermentation, blending of grape varieties.
Tasting Notes: Enticing aromas of white fruits and citrus, interwoven with subtle spicy notes from oak aging.
