Vineyards: Grown in the unique micro-terroir of Los Lingues, this wine showcases exceptional quality.

Soil Type: Alluvial-colluvial.

Winemaking: 80% French oak barrel. 20% Stainless Steel For 12 Months. 6 Months In Bottle Before Release.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe blackberries, black currants, fresh figs, black currant liqueur, licorice, nutmeg, tobacco and cardamom. The palate is elegant, silky, with medium-high acidity, powerful and velvety tannins, it is structured, harmonious, with great persistence and varietal character in the mouth. The finish is long and spicy.

Food Pairing: Serve with well-seasoned red meats such as Oxtail on sweet potato purée and its own juice sauce.
