This wine is the result of many years of work, identifying the differences and character of the different blocks of Carmenere grapes from the De Los Lingues Estate. S7 is a wine that expresses the full potential of a true Carmenere Terroir, which produces generous, intense, spicy and complex wines.

Appellation: D.O. Viñedo De Los Lingues

Region: Colchagua Valley

Grape Variety: 100% Carmenere

Vineyards: Grown in the unique micro-terroir of Los Lingues, this wine showcases exceptional quality.

Soil Type: Alluvial-colluvial.

Winemaking: 80% French oak barrel. 20% Stainless Steel For 12 Months. 4 to 5 Months In Bottle Before Release.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of fresh black currants, black plums, black cherry, tobacco, nutmeg, cardamom and hints of menthol. The palate has medium-high acidity, abundant, silky and well-integrated tannins, black fruit mixed with sweet spices and flowers. Elegant, persistent and balanced finish.

Food Pairing: Serve with spicy red meats, pasta with red sauces or mature cheeses.
