Located in the Aude, southeast of Champagne. This unique cuvée, with 100% Pinot Noir, offers a beautiful salmon pink color and aromas of almond and red berries. The vineyard's limited growth results in a fresh and sharp champagne, perfect with white meat or goat cheeses.

Winemaking: Harvested 100% manually in traditional 40 kg aerated crates. Alcoholic fermentation and malo-lactic in stainless tanks, aged on dregs with gyropalette movement to evacuate dregs. Dosage: 9 g/l
