Winemaking: Hand-harvested grapes undergo malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a beautifully crafted blend with balance and harmony.Grapes are hand-harvested in 88lb traditional boxes. Still wines undergo malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, temperature-controlled tanks. Lees aging for at least 4 years.
Tasting Notes: A special blend crafted from old vines Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. Hand-harvested in Aube, it offers a bright yellow robe with floral aromas and a refreshing palate.
Food Pairing: Ideal with festive aperitifs, oysters, seafood platters, or grilled fish such as striped bass or red snapper.

"Yellow apple, nutty banana peel and a touch of caramel on the nose. Crunchy acidity on the palate with more yellow apple fruits, red cherry sweetness and honey-roasted nuts.
