Domaine Magalone was founded in 2020 in Aix-en-Provence by Vivien Paulmyer, a young wine merchant committed to organic viticulture. The vineyard was created from scratch on a south-facing hillside. Initial plantings covered 3 ha in 2020 (Chardonnay, Caladoc, Syrah), followed by 5 additional ha in 2021 (Grenache and Syrah). Today, the estate totals 10 ha of organically farmed vines on sandy-clay-limestone soils, surrounded by pine and oak forests and oriented south to south-east. Everose reflects the estate’s philosophy of sustainability, terroir expression, and precision winemaking.

“Peaches and white flowers dominate the bright nose of this rosé. The combination of green apple and white peach flavor make for a lively palate. There is a great bitterness that keeps everything nicely balanced.” — Cody Wexler
