Grape Varieties: Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault

Winemaking: Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo cold skin macerations before low-temperature vinification in stainless steel tanks for 2 weeks.

Tasting Notes: Elegant, fine, and fruity with a spicy finish. Aromas of citrus and white flowers.

Food Pairing: Grilled meats, fish, Mediterranean and spicy cuisine.
