Produced by Fattoria della Talosa in the Loc. Pietrose area of Montepulciano, this Chianti Colli Senesi D.O.C.G. comes from vineyards planted at an altitude of 350–400 meters above sea level with a South/West exposure. The vines are trained using the spurred cordon system on soils of Pliocene origin, with a production yield of approximately 4,000 kg per hectare. With organic certification from 2024, the winery focuses on manual harvest and meticulous vinification, resulting in a well-awarded wine with a unique terroir influence.

Grape Varieties: 85% Sangiovese - 15% Merlot, Canaiolo
